Dear Hitchhikers,
Following VirusKiller's post I wanted to take the opportunity to introduce myself to the wider HH community. I am bound to have met a few of you at Meridian public events over the years and I hope to meet many more at future events.
This is an exciting time for Meridian and my focus is on working with the talented and committed teams here at Meridian to deliver even more, and better, experiences for our fantastic customers around the world.
I assure you that we are already fully engaged in many activities to enhance the Meridian offering, but for now I would like to thank you all for your continued passion and belief in Meridian. Your enthusiasm for our company and the feedback you provide on our products by participating in this forum is extremely valuable and warmly received.

To my fellow HHers, I think John deserves a slightly more honourific title than "Harmless".

He'll still have to get 10 posts before he can go in the Restaurant  Ps....I've chatted to John several times at recent events and can honestly say that he is super-passionate about M and what ownership of M toys means. Great to see him step in here.

I think John deserves a slightly more honourific title than "Harmless". Hi, He does have the unique custom title of "Meridian HQ CEO" I'd also like to add to Nick comments; I too have meet John on a few occasions now. He is incredibly dedicated to Meridian and speaking with him it's clear he has the drive and most importantly the "passion" to steer Meridian in the coming years. John is in a strong position to help forge closer relations with Hitchhikers and indeed all Meridian customers, and I know that's the message he is promoting back at HQ. I wish John and Meridian well and I'm sure we will be hearing more from John once he has settled in with his new role. Regards, Carl
