My 568.2mm has lost the right rear channel. I've tested all processor/amplifier/speaker leads and combinations in an attempt to isolate the problem, but it does seem that it is in the processor.
The local Meridian repair agent has advised that Meridian no longer supports this model can some one here fix it?
Please advise.

Start with cable, connection may have come loose. Swap cables to check?

As with Tintin, can you explain exactly how you have come to this conclusion? It is quite common for users to find a cable has just come apart at the solder at either end. Without knowing what exactly you have tested it is hard to help.
Have you tried mono/party mode and plugged a known working speaker into the suspect processor output?

As I attempted to explain, I've tried swapping leads to known good speakers/amplifier inputs. It still isolates the problem as the RR channel. Is this even possible?

Are you using analogue or DSP speakers?
With analogue it could be possible (loose/broken connection inside, etc.) but with DSP I struggle to see how just one of the SPDIF pair would fail.

I use 2 pairs of Quad ESL-63s, one for main and the other for rears. They are all in working condition. I guess I'll have another go at swapping leads, and get back to you all. Many thanks for the suggestions so far.

Ok, that means you are using the analogue outputs so it is reasonable that one might fail. The RCA connection is the most likely point of failure as that is the one that is strained when connecting/reconnecting.
This is good news for you. A competent audio engineer should be able to test, dismantle and repair that kind of issue easily.
Alternatively configure your 568 to have sides and rears. Plug the rear channel amplifiers into the side RCAs then set the DSP preset to use only sides. That should give you a surround signal.
Nice set-up BTW, ESLs do their thing very well.
