I just returned from vacation and rebooted my Sooloos C15 and TwinStore. The screen shows 755 albums in my collection. Trouble is there were 1980 albums when I shut it down.
Has anyone any ideas on where they've gone and how I can get them back?
Thanks Paul

Thanks for your input. The device manager sees the TwinStore and displays 3TB. Is that right?
I tried connecting through the browser to the TwinStore and it does find it. Disabled the C15 storage and it reloaded a grand total of 32 albums. They're all the most recent additions.
I'm completed puzzled.

Have you tried rebooting your router, I lost all my albums once and that was the solution, the Sooloos debug screen would also be helpful in diagnosing the issue, <core IP address>/debug

Hi Paul, yes that's correct it displays the size of the store.
As Ratberg, suggests switch everything off including the router.
Then switch back on in this order waiting a couple of mins after each one:
- Router - TwinStore - C15
Once this is done recheck, the album stats (I'd used the Sooloos Debug screen, as you get more information)
Do you have a Sooloos backup of your albums?
Regards, Carl
PS Something for you to consider, once your up and running again. From what you have said I think you have a lot of albums on the C15's store. Must people transfer these to the TwinStore and switch off the C15's store. There are existing threads on doing this however in brief. With all stores on make a full backup; then switch of the C15's store and perform a restore from the backup. This will identify the 'missing' albums and restore them on to the TwinStore.
I've tried most things suggested to restore my missing albums. However, there is a new development which is making things very difficult. I can no longer access Sooloos with my PC, Netbook or Android tablet.
Control:PC doesn't connect nor does the Control:Web. I've checked out the IP addresses for my C15 and also TwinStore and my router correctly identifies them at the appropriate IP addresses. I'm totally flummoxed.
Looks like I'll be dragging all the boxes of CD's out of my loft and resurrecting my trusty all Sugden Masterclass Player!!
Any ideas?

Levi, is this a wired connection from PC? If not, try that next. Thoughts, Chris
