Hi all,
I have a 598DP (serial # 100528) which after many years of trouble-free service has started blowing fuses.
I have contacted Meridian and been told by them that because it uses the older PSU it cannot be repaired. At least not by them, as they no longer carry the necessary parts.
I was wondering whether anyone would like to make me an offer on this unit to make use of it for parts or to try and undertake a repair of it yourself.
All original packaging and associated contents will be supplied.
I'll be happy to answer any questions and provide any photos etc.

I just had the same problem with my 598DP. I am still waiting for repair options.

You could try PMing Chris J C. He may be able to help you get it repaired.
Sooloos, Roon, G series (with LPS upgrade), 800 series (with LPS upgrade), HD621, AC200, Prime and PS, DSPs old and new.

Chris did a great job of repairing my G98 and is a top bloke to deal with.
