Hi All, For sale (most unfortunately perhaps) my Meridian DSP5000's. IN BEAUTIFUL condition, unmarked cherry veneer, and accoustically spot on. ONLY downside is a small piece of the speaker grill cloth has come unstuck from the frame - minor floor imo. They come with 1 box (the other will be bubble wrapped to high heaven), Meridian comms cables, 2 power leeds, but no remote. I have been using a logitech harmony universal remote programmed for them (which I may throw in if the price is right  ). I have listed them on eBay for �950 or best offer, HOWEVER for The Forum can offer them at �850 ono ! Can collect from Gloucestershire or can arrange insured courier for �50 (also reduced from eBay postage of �60) ... I may even deliver them myself if not too far away !?! Yes but how many times have you sold them? Once to me and once to someone else?
I offered you and you said SOLD but having had a better offer, not sold (to me) apparently.
Call me old fashioned...

TinTin, the other buyer was minutes after you and made the arrangements to collect AND pay instantly, leaving no doubt. If you were as poor as me, you'd see my perspective - good luck with your search !

Sorry but when someone says sold, it doesn't mean sold unless someone offers me more, well not where I come from. It's kind of a done deal.
I don't know how much doubt there is when you say SOLD (your capitalised not mine).
(apparently "sometimes honesty has to prioritised like everything else", really?)

Yes it looks like you honesty stretches to such extents that you don't care about the situation of the seller ... heck not your problem !
I think I'm sort of glad you didnt get them actually .
