Wondering if anyone else has heared a clicking noise in between tracks as the player advances to the next song? Sometimes it's louder and other times softer. Is this normal or is there something going on that I should be concerned about?

CD, DVD or Blu-ray ? Can't say I've noticed anything.

And do you mean mechanical from the unit, or coming out of the speakers?

I have a 93 and it's totally silent.

It comes from the player when a CD is played not through the speakers. Haven't played any DVDs or Blurays yet. Does it also when disc first starts up after being loaded into tray. Pretty loud at that time kind of distracting and anoying.

I've just tried a couple of discs : a slight buzz / whirr when the disc first spins up, and a very very faint "toc" noise when you skip tracks, but this is all with my ear 10cm away.
So, in summary, not really any noise to speak of with CD's.
