Sorry for the late reply as just got back from vacation.

Thanks for the info. Just figured out that I was looking at the sources and not the processor - duh!! Once I got into the Properties for the Processor, voila...there is was, plus other settings.

Wonder why Meridian does not have more information in a component documentation/guides for all the configuration settings one has available?

Thanks again for the assistance.

As others have said, if you bring the unit out of standby by pressing an input button on the MSR (which I think most people probably do) then that button determines which input is enabled in the unit. If you bring the unit out of standby by pressing the power button on the front panel, then I think the enabled input is defaulted to input 1 - I never do this, so I suppose it might also be last input used. I don't ever recall seeing a setting in mconfig to change this.

Yes, I know to press a certain button to start up the unit with that input when coming from stand-by, but wife cannot remember which button was which and I try to make things as EASY for her as possible. And yes the TV is the 1st button after the HOME button, but still. When I go to bed, I make sure the TV input is the last input used, then I put it in stand-by. This way the TV is ready to go when she brings the unit out of stand-by.

For default at power on or reset - on my G61 it is the 1st used input - this order I have seen in the front panel config, not the MConfig program. For coming out of stand-by, like others have said, it is the last input used, unless you push one of the input buttons to come out of stand-by.

Thanks to all for their input and insight.
