The main image of the installation under residential>home cinema looks remarkably like a mirror image of installation I think Rick from Audio images completed. I think the image is shown on Rick's web site.
It does look similar but I don't see a photographer's name beneath the photo on either website. Maybe it's a stock photo or permission was given to use it by the photographer.
In the future put beneath your photo "ALL RIGHTS RESERVED" AND YOUR NAME OR HANDLE (USER NAME HERE). Just because you give someone a picture doesn't give them the right to publically display it elsewhere unless you give them permission to do so.:) You have the right to ask Meridian to disclose to you where Meridian will be using your photograph in the future or you can request that they don't use it unless they use your name or handle (user name here) otherwise people will think it was Meridian Audio Ltd that took the picture which is not the case. Magazines' usually have a copyright clause when they take a picture from a photographer and often pay the photographer but don't place the name of the photographer when the photo appears in the magazine or website of the magazine. Nonetheless, the photographer does get paid.
