A clear (if small) bug:

If you have an already existing Set of several discs, and add a further disc to it, the disc count is always wrong (for me).

So with for example three albums already collated into one Set, if you select that icon, plus one other album, and then click "Make Set" it says "are you sure you want to make a set out of these two albums", when there are in fact four albums being made into a set (3 in a set, plus one individiual one).

In other words, the number of albums in the Set in this dialogue is taken to be the number of icons being merged, ignoring that fact that one icon already represents three albums.

Corroboration please.

Hi
I'm not sure if Nr. 10 is a Sooloos prob. If you open YouTube and Facebook, they behave the same: Cropping details from the top and bottom

Hello Armin,

But I am not able to scroll, so the information is hidden! It is only an issue at album sets...

A nice feature is that albums listened to on Rhapsody appear on the Browse screen.

The not so nice part of this is they appear to be permanent!

I have removed all these albums from Rhapsody and they now do not show in the Explore tab but I have been unable to remove them from the Browse tab except by using focus which removes them all.

Unless someone knows how to remove them individually, this issue should be added to the bug list.

Not sure if this has been found/discussed but it has to do with browse. When I go into any CD, the right side listing of other CD's by artist now has duplicate entries for every CD.

Btw, I uninstalled and re-installed but it hasn't changed.

Guile,

Could you try rebooting your Core (I guess the Ensemble?)

Cheers,

Rick

Hi, I have now got a good selection in Sooloos (and growing). So now is the time to play and understand focus.
I select various options and then pick album ratings to narrow the focus. The system doesn't recognise albums with more than one star rating.
If I pick one star, I get a good set of albums, within this selection there are albums with three or four stars. So I select three stars in focus and get zero results.
Any help here please, is it me or is it a bug?

Thanks Chris smile

P.S It still sounds great though.

Slighty OT but one advantage of the iPad with Sooloos is you can download Tone magazine into iBooks and peruse away as you wait for ControlPC to RIP discs.
Cheers Chris smile

While the focus feature is brilliant, unfortunately it's sometimes not so reliable. While this is NOT the fault of the app, it's more an issue with the way a lot of music is tagged/classified with relation to genre's.

Example: I select a band to "Focus" on (and swim within a focus) and hear music that should in noway, shape or form be played within that focus. A nice feature (ala Pandora) would be a "Thumbs up/down" option.
