We have bad mains and I lost a 5000 to mains problems last year and after paying M to fix it, don't want it to happen again. I can't find the current draw for the 568.2. Am I nuts to put it through a SmartUPS APC 700 device on the filtered outlet? What do you guys think of a APC SurgeArrest P1TUK for the 5000s? I know you can buy bars, but I have one speaker in each corner and don't want / need bars in each corner. Any other ideas? DSPs for sale

GMS Mostly harmless Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 51 London UK	Jabb, looking at a 568.2mm rear view you can see 30VA power rating and T125mA @ 240V slowblow fuse rating which implies not more than 20W-25W continuous.
