I've got a large library that was largely ripped from CDs to FLAC using dBpoweramp and J River. There are also files from HD Tracks (and others) that came from other sources.
My folder and file structures are inconsistent, and, my track naming is inconsistent.
Is there a software solution that will enable me to convert that to a more consistent set of folders, files and tags?
Thanks.

dBpoweramp has a cool plugin that can reapply your folder structure according to tags that very efficient.
It can do it in place. I forget the name of the plug in.
What I did was reorg it many different ways so I could see easily which albums had bogus tags.
dBpoweramp can edit a whole album of tags quickly but does not span folders, some other tools do.
I copied my library before experimenting with the tool, it can make mess if your tags are bad.
