It seems fine now; some of the CDs I was having problems with work OK. I do think Meridian could be more tech-savvy with these types of issues, e.g. a tweet to say we know something is not working but we are on it. In this instance it may not have been their fault but would improve customer service if they were more pro-active.
Anyway, back to loading more CDs!

The Sooloos team say: I think we've found the issue here, and we're working on it. I'll let you know when I hear more.

I imported about 6 discs tonight using Control;Mac and for the first time ever, it correctly identified Disc 1 and Disc 2 of a double CD set, A BIG thank you to the developers maintaining the middleware!!!

For the first time in about a month I got back to ripping my collection again.
I imported 6 Rolling Stones CD's a few nights back and it didn't recognize 5 of them at all. Instead of entering meta myself I figured I'd leave the rip on disk and try again later in the week.
the allmusic code in the url didn't work either
any ideas or is this the main problem lately?

the allmusic code hasn't worked in a while, as far as I can tell... it was a helpful workaround. Every CD out of the 6 i imported yesterday was found. 1 had very "dodgy" info so I had to edit it myself, but on the whole, it all worked.
Surprised it didn't find Rolling Stones CD's as I have imported very popular (old U2) and very obscure stuff (Hildur Gu�nad�ttir) and both have worked recently.

Well, I hope they get around to fixing this pretty quickly as we have some rather over-priced Sooloos systems, if they are unable to import our music collections properly

Things have gone very well for me today with ripping, well done Sooloos. Chris

Last few weeks, until this evening, I have imported about thirty albums. Only about four of them were recognized. But all of them were available in the AllMusic database. This is really disappointing.

I am really frustrated with this. I stopped at the music store on Sat and bought three pretty mainstream CDs. I tried Sat, Sun and today and the service doesn't recognize any of them.
Do any HHs know if there is a service problem in the US?
I am importing using Control:Mac. I have rebooted. Any need to uninstall and reinstall?
As a 5 year Sooloos user, I just doubled down and upgraded to a MD600/MS600 and am pulling out my hair.

I'm in the US and I imported two CDs (not very mainstream) in the last hour using Control:Mac without issues (give or take missing review or genre). I do use dBpoweramp to rip first. Yesterday I imported another 4-5 without issues.
