Hi
I recently installed my 568.2 and connected to cable TV. The issue is that sometimes the sound from the 568.2MM is downgraded which obliges me to power cycle Meridian (mains switch) to have a proper sound. This happens on some channels but when it happens then it is reproduced on all channels, this is why I need to switch off/on
If I downgrade the 568.2 software version from 2.5b would this resolve the issue?

This is due to a poor digital source. You can select to have your 568 sync to a poor digital source in the configuration program for that one source.
Also when this happens select a different source and then go back to your cable source and the 568 should re-sync.
This is not the fault of your 568 or the firmware rev.

Thank you a lot for your quick answer, I am going to add this check box in the Meridian config and update my 568 to try it.
