Anyone having problems with a Control 15 and Control Mac.
I just got my Sooloos Control 15 today and the only problem I'm having is when I try and run ControlMac, I get and error message saying:
"The version of Control:Mac you are using is not compatible with the version of software your Sooloos is running. An update is required. After the update is downloaded, Control:Mac will install and automatically start the new version. Press "Install" to continue."
When I hit install a progress bar appears saying:
"Downloading Control:Mac Update"
It's a horizontal blue "barber pole" moving left to right.
I let this run for about an hour with no change.
I had to force quit the Control:Mac app to quit.
Any suggestions???

Hi,
I'm assuming that this will also work for ControlMAC, but this is what I did when I had the same problem with ControlPC.
The correct versions of ControlPC (and hopefully ControlMAC) is installed on the Control15. To get this version, point your web-browser at the IP address of your Control15. This will display the Control:Web interface; then select settings and on this screen you will see a link to ControlPC. Click this and let it install.
Regards,
Carl
PS If my assumption is incorrect can a ControlMAC user let us know.

This has worked for me with the Mac. It appears to be the only way to get the correct version of the software as the Sooloos support site is usually outdated.
