I blew a power supply cap in my G68 and Meridian took care of it in under ten days door-to-door. My hat's off the Jason, Shane and Damien in the Service Department.

I had the same experience back in February with my G68 although I actually asked for slower service.
As I was in the process of relocating my system from Connecticut to Florida I asked if my unit could be returned to my new Florida address. No problem. They even delayed the shipment to coincide with my arrival in two weeks.
I have always found Meridian (US) service to be absolutely first rate.
Thank you Ken, Jason, Ryan, Shane & Damien.

Couldn't agree more. Long may high quality and service survive! It's so rare.

I'm glad you received good service from Meridian. I wish I had.
I recently purchased a G57 that hummed quite loudly. It took a week for them to reply to my voice and email. I was told by my dealer that they no longer wish to deal directly with customers.
They had my amp for five weeks. This time they ignored my voice mail but apologised via email for their poor service, but failed to mention my amp.
I got the hump and also a full refund from my dealer who could only apologise.
It's a great shame because I don't ever recall hearing a bad word against Meridian

A 4 to 5 week turn-a-round seems to be the norm for repair work from M these days. Which is a little on the long side, but they do do a very good job. I think Meridian via their dealers need to do a better job at managing customers expectations in this respect to time scales. Even new equipment takes longer than promised to arrive.

Regards,
Carl

I think you're about right. The dealer was very helpful but the fact that Meridan wouldn't even speak to me made me more frustrated than angry. Even if they had just said 'be patient, we are working on it', I would have been just that.
