Glad to hear that Sonos is taking an active interest in resolving your problem. I've been buried with work recently so hadn't had a chance to get in touch with my friends that work there.
Interestingly, one of the people I know at Sonos is named Todd and I wouldn't be terribly surprised if the Todd in the support post you copied isn't the guy I know. Small world. :-)

@ Dan, I am still working on things with little success as of yet but will keep lugging away...anything that you could do would be greatly appreciated... +++++++++++++++++++++++ @ All: Thinking of ways to avoid the aggravation, cost and mess of running an ethernet cable from the switch to the S5... This lead me to do more research on the possibility of Ethernet over PowerLines and to this end I wa curious whether anyone: 1. Has any experience/thoughts with this; and 2.
