I just took my little guy to see Alvin and the Chipmunks for a holiday treat and was very surprised to see Meridian throughout the movie.

Early on a black F80, followed by DSP5200 and G01 all in separate parts of the movie. I got a big kick out of it, but I'm afraid my wife thought I was crazy.

Damn, my wife took my youngest to Alvin this afternoon and I took my three eldest to St Trinian's II instead.

My wife said nothing, but I'd hope my 5-year-old son might have registered something about M by now...

Aren't the G01 and F80 being phased out though?

I dont think The F80 is being phased out, It is a DSP Product. Chris smile

No 18 in the Hall of fame smile I have simple tastes; I am content to settle for the best:
GIK monster bass panels, rear wall. QNAP TVS 471i3. Roon into DSP5200SE via 210/ 218 zone... Explorer 2. Bluesound Pulse 2, Mini & Flex. 596v1, 518, Foxsat HD, Sony BDP, Pioneer 5090, 2 Chromecast's for LRB videos. MS200 to F80 for a Roon zone

The F80 is definitely not being axed, but it will be interesting to see how long it continues to be produced given that it was developed in association with Ferrari (presumably with licensing and revenue sharing agreements) and Meridian is now in bed with McLaren.
