I need assistance, and as the title write it:

how to parameterize a G61R for Clux 4 X SPDIF?

I created a machine with exit Multi-digital towards the G61R : MD1 , but nothing occurs, or rather, I have that a sound on two channels.

It sounds as if you don't have a multi-channel digital connection set up in MConfig, and that your G61R is treating the connections as three separate stereo inputs.

BTW, you can only use three of the CLUX SPDIF outputs.

See the same Wiki page regarding the LFE loss: "The Meridian 6 channel SPDIF inputs are treated as "Music6" and will therefore apply the Music speaker layout. The default "Music6" preset will be applied when the source is selected. This will be the "Discrete" preset unless changed in MConfig (so you should change it to Cinema or you'll lose 10db of LFE on Movies)."

You probably just need to se the preset to Cinema.

I had not read this characteristic.
I have just made the modification in Mconfig.

with cinema, it is much better.

There is something else. Your DVD/BD player may reduce the bass in the LFE channel if it mixes in bass from the other channels. This normally affects the analogue outputs, but it's worth a check with a calibration disc. If you are bass-light, simply add a LFE gain in the G61R.

I just added a note to that effect at the bottom of the HDMI Solutions Wiki Page. With a little plug for Stacey Spears Calibration disc.
