I think its really good that so many HH's from abroad are trying to make an effort to come. Last time we had a number of members from mainland Europe and Ireland which was also a great effort.
I wonder if we should have a prize for the HH'er who has travelled the furthest?
I think it shows to Meridian just how dedicated many of the members on this forum are to their products.

I submit my name for your prize.
I had to throw away a ticket from AMS to YVR Canada (West coast) and purchase a ticket from EIN to STN and LHR to YYJ (home).
I am obviously thrilled to be able to come, but would like to request that the next time the mother ship gives us enough notice to allow some of us to arrange more economical transportation.
I would also like to submit my name for the HH with the most supportive spouse. I will drop her off at AMS to fly/bus/ferry/bus home alone, as I begin my journey, as she said "you have always wanted to do this and you deserve it!"

I would also like to submit my name for the HH with the most supportive spouse. Sorry to disappoint you Dolf, but you have competition! Not only has my spouse seen the amount of money already spent on the equipment (she works at the bank ...), she has clearly understood that this is a 'guy thing' and she has no place in it and therefore she told me she does not wish her presence to burden me in any way on the forthcoming trip to the UK ! Just thinking aloud now, should I be worried about this ?! She does concede, however, that the music emanating from the re-incarnation of our cash is well worth it! See you soon
