I'm just trying to reconfigure my system and can no longer access the web interface of my 218.

Roon can see it and play to it so it's mostly functional.

I've removed the IP reservation it has under google wifi and that makes no difference; I've forced it to have a different IP reservation and still no difference.

My computer and the 218 are all on the same subnet.

And ideas gratefully received.

Thanks,
Dave.

Both the Meridian IP remote app on the phone and Sooloos Configure application on Windows can also see the 218.

The web interface probably uses a different port(s) than for music and control. Have you tried unplugging your router, waiting a minute, and then plugging it back in?

If you're going to do this, I'd unplug the 218 as well, and then bring them back up with the router first, and then the 218.

Thanks Akimo,

Tried this and still no luck...

In Safari I get the message: Safari can’t open the page “‎192.168.86.75” because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. This sometimes occurs when the server is busy. Wait for a few minutes and then try again.
In Chrome I get the message: This page isn’t working 192.168.86.75 didn’t send any data. ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

I do have an MS200 plugged into the same Google WiFi device that's working as expected.

Cheers,
David.

We caught a lucky break and had a power cut this morning (just after my last post) - when it all came back the web interface is visible again.

So I think Akimo was right and it was some networking glitch that I'd otherwise not managed to clear.

It’s happened to me where neither my iPad or iPhone can find it but my PC can. Just resolves itself eventually each time.

It was a strange one... just the http interface not accessible.

My gut feel is that it was something to do with my Google WiFi, which is generally excellent but does seem to play up a little just after its installed updates.

Yes it was the same for me - just the web page on iOS devices.
