OMG, that's horrific news. Poor guy. I haven't read Carl's link yet but the news is truly shocking.

I always thoroughly enjoyed Rodney's posts & he had a great knowledge & insight into our hobby & particularly all-things bass & room correction.

This forum will miss him. Isn't life fickle?

Very sad news indeed. His ability to think outside the box with his audio system and share his knowledge gained from doing so will be sorely missed. My condolences.

Sad news.

An all too often an occurrence these days.

By the sound of his systems, not sure if RIP is what he would have wanted.

What sad news, Rodney was very helpful both on the open forum and via PM when I made the switch from physical to streamed music. Very knowledgeable guy, but a great sense of humour to boot.

That's quite a shock... Rodney always felt like a pillar of the community here, someone who'd always been around, and who always would be. I enjoyed reading about his "out there" system tweaks to wrestle the best out of his system over the years. Very sad, and a loss to several online communities by the sound of it. Condolences to his family.

George

Very saddened to hear this. Rodney was always very helpful, particularly on any threads to do with room correction. I recall him being very knowledgable when I was trying to tame the in-room bass on a pair of 6Ks a few years ago.

Deepest condolences to family and friends.
