Allow me to be pedantic for a moment...
When you import albums into either system you are not actually guaranteed that they are in-sync from content p.o.v
e.g. Sooloos does not handle multi-CD sets very well at all. If you drop a mega folder into import and don't watch closely you may see CD2 replace CD1 on the importing list.
e.g. If you import a 2CD set with say 14 tracks on CD1 and 17 tracks on CD2 and that is tagged EXACTLY as Sooloos would export it
2-01, 2-02.....2-17 etc
then a really weird thing happens whereby tracks 15, 16 & 17 from the end of CD2 will get appended to CD1....even though they are perfectly tagged.
I only found this when so many 2CD albums didn't not ID in Roon.
e.g. Roon may mis-ID an album so it becomes something it isn't.
e.g. Roon may ignore an album altogether under certain circumstances (file types, corrupt data etc)
Either way, although Ludwig is in principal correct, the actual result may vary.
It pays to audit either/both systems you use.
Use the Sooloos tools we built a few years back to get XL lists from your Sooloos library.
Use Roon library export to do the same (the Sooloos tools were a starting point for the Roon XL export development during alpha btw).
Don't expect or assume the systems will or can do the checking for you. You get to love XL
