Maybe somebody of the G68 owners should check on the voltage not directly on the PS itself,but on one of the PCB.
It's not so unusual, that the voltage drop between the PS and and the "target" the PCB is to big, so the IC on the boards don't get supported within their supply voltage specs.
A typical industry standard is to use the sense lines from the PS and place that on the support/distribution connector from the cards.
So when more or less current get sucked from more or less PCB, the voltage is always stable and within the specs.
