Mine was sent on the 22/4 & received 28/4. Most prompt delivery I've had from U.S. & no duty. Thanks Gary.

Foz Perhaps that explains the further delay, as that shows posted Wednesday when all the last were posted on the Monday Still no tracking customs number!!I doubt any of us waiting doubt Gary's integrity that the items are on the way, I certainly don't, however the handling of questions (some still unanswered) and promise of tracking numbers from over a week ago I feel leaves a lot to be desired. Gary,
I hate to dampen everyones enthusiasm for these mods but I am STILL waiting for my EDGE and a shipping reference number. I feel that I have been extremely patient (I am not the only one) and although i have no reason not to trust you i have to admit a little doubt is entering my mind. I was, I believe one of the first to sign up for the EDGE and there is no information at all.
I am sure that all you want is positive feedback from this forum and we are a pretty civilized crowd but for crying out loud how difficult is it to send a reference number/shipping advice?????

James James, I specifically told you that your order was shipped over a week ago and also told you that there is no tracking info(only a customs reference # which I am trying to locate for you) you can see from others on this forum that most have received their Edge units already, so I don't think there is any reason for anyone to doubt my integrity I sent you a PM last night telling you about me trying to locate the customs reference #, that is where I stand right now thanks

I beg to differ, i have received no direct emails from you, ever. not even to confirm payment.
Whilst i am sure your integrity cannot be called into question your customer communication is severely lacking.

James, I have never sent a email to customers confirming payment(as far as I know I never received a email inquiry from you either, only PM, if I missed it then I apologize) if I did spend time confirming every status of the order process that is all I would be doing everyday, however if someone emails me to inquire about it I think they will find a very quick and thorough answer, I think many here on the forums will attest to this that have contacted me I posted on the forums when all orders were shipped and that seemed to be pleasing to most people, I guess it wasn't enough have I not answered your PMs promptly? anyone else think that I have not answered their inquiries promptly enough?, if so please post and let me know when customers get into contact with me they will find quick answers and great service, however I do not initiate contact with customers over order status and other things of this nature, unless in cases of severe delays, if anyone is concerned they will contact me to inquire about things basically to be honest I have to balance myself between modding/completing orders and answering inquiries, just one man here thanks

James,
It certainly seems Gary is on the up and up and I know just selling a couple items on eBay can get crazy sending person tracking info etc. Overseas complicates it. And I'm sure it can vary a lot by country. It may be yours was randomly selected by customs to look closer or something.
It's Gary's responsibility to get you the unit and he seems to have a pretty good track record that if something went wrong he'd take care of you. But he can't guarantee arrival time.
I know how itchy I can be for a new toy but I wouldn't worry too much even if it took another week and even then if that happened I'm sure Garry will professionally take care of you.

George,
appreciate your reply and i can assure you that i am well versed in the 'waiting for a package from the US' scenario!
my concern was that despite asking for specific information only generic was provided.
For now, i have no more issue with Gary and i look forward to trying to plug my EDGE inwhen it arrives as I am sure it will.

Gary,
Got your pM last night saying you still cannot find the numbers!
To help me and any other future purchases that may be offered on these forums please can you clarify how you would handle the following situation.
You send goods out to the UK and they never arrive. You have no record of any tracking for that item. How quickly will you make a full refund? Can you assure me and others that you would make a 100% refund. Normally there would be an "X days" before the postal service would accept a lost item claim. However here of course that would be irrelevant if you have no record to start with!!
I am posting this on the Oppo thread as well as I had indicated an interest there also.
Thanks
Martin
