That is exactly my point. The idea of being down 3dB at Nyquist is for analog delivery. Now that we have a full digital pipeline, the old analog ways should no longer apply.

I'm also disappointed that consumers are still suffering from such issues. As you say, with the new digital delivery systems this should have all gone away already.
