I just set up a multi-channel digital source in mconfig and I can tell it which DSP modes to use for music and movies... but I have a suspicion this is ignored and, as Joel says, Music6 or Movie6 will be used but how does the processor know whether it has music or a movie soundtrack from a digital PCM source?
