Perfect if that is your only source with lossless multi-channel audio. However, I have an HD DVD player, a Blu-Ray player, and a DVD player (which can be used for SACD and DVD-A).

My PS3 cannot be sfogg modified and I would still need two modifications for the other devices... The Meridian solution allows me to get uncompressed multi-channel audio from all three with no modifications.
