I'm at CEDIA and talked w/the Meridian folks (and got invited to the event). Although I was given a good amount of details, I want to double check w/M about what I can share here. I will do that tomorrow and will post what I can when I can. I will say this - execpt for the timing (ie: not CEDIA), I think people here will generally be pretty pleased with what's coming.

Things I know I can share:

(1) The 8000s have been updated with all the new bits from the 7200s - filter, DSP, SpeakerLink, etc.
(2) They had a 7200HC running in the demo room (along with 4x8000s and 2x7200s).

P.S. The event was really just a meet and greet plus a demo. The demo was the M810 projector + 861/8000s/7200s. It was by and large the same demo M did in Seattle at the Definitive Audio event.
