I had a great, positive experience with John. I purchased his DSP5000C center channel speaker. It is operationally perfect, and looks great for its age.
I am new to Meridian digital speakers, having also recently picked up a pair of nice DSP5000 main speakers. The 5000C is a much welcome addition. It blends seamlessly and enhances what was already a very good soundstage. The speakers are hooked up to a G91, which I really like as a "one box" solution.
John offered to me his considerable expertise in setting up the speakers, which he did not have to do. He is a great person and a huge asset to the Meridian community. Many thanks!

Bought a DSP3100HC from Holtz'. Definitely a positive experience.
The man is a pleasure to deal with and gave me one of the best hifi demo's that I've ever heard. If I can get my system to sound in the same ballpark as that I'll be a happy (although probably much poorer) bunny.
I just wish that I could have spent a bit longer listening to some more of the great music in his collection.
