George 2 questions: Could I email you into coming over to my house and help me tune in my HT, and get the most out of my Meridian system. I live in Somerville MA. I have a G68/598 and all analog speakers. Did you get your equipment from Audiovision when it was Arlington, I might know you if you did.

Hevac,
Sorry I don't have the extra time. Last person I helped it took 12 hours and he was half setup and well prepared. It's best you learn on your own, that's half the fun.
Lots of resources and people can help you out here (as well as many other sites of placement and rooms which I know realtively little about). Just take it one step at a time.
As far as dealers, my dealer is generally Natural Sound in Framingham and a couple of internet dealers on demo equipment.

If you think listening to music is fun, try learning an instrument. HT: G61RSL, 4x5K, 5.5KHC, 2xSC6000, Transporter, HD621, Philips BDP7501 4K, Tivo, 65" LG OLED 4K C6 Computer: Foobar2000, 5K, Mojo, HiFiMan HE1000 V2
