Finally gone through all my boxes etc, so here is the current cable list:

Meridian Round SpeakerLink Cable (made by Audio Images)
1 x 2.1M
Flat cables, RJ45 cables, no manufacturer stamp, these came with a pair of M6s, work fine as SpeakerLink, one used, the other never unwound both 1.5M long.
4 x 5C @ 1M Comms cable din plugs
1 x 5C @ 0.6M Comms Cable din plugs
6 x 1M Meridian blue rca/phono digital interconnect cables
Short cable converter leads:
3 x Female slave din socket to BNC plug
1 x Male Master din plug to BNC Socket
1 x Male Slave din plug to BNC Socket
