Same for me.

All my other endpoints are solid as a rock (Squeezebox emulators and iPad acting as a USB transport) but the 218 will barf within a few minutes.

Maybe Meridian endpoints are falling off the QA priority list now...

BTW, another question: has anyone tried running the updater app through WINE rather than a VM?
