Have visited the KEF shop but did not get a demo as, not unsurprisingly, one needs to book ahead.
They have a nice cafe on the ground floor with a comfortable lounge where one can play one's own tunes.
The basement rooms (at that visit) were an impressive dedicated home theatre type setup (but not up to Meridian, Grahams levels of quality) and a lounge type room but set up for music/film.
All very friendly and professional.
