A question for Meridian 271 owners!
I'm considering a Meridian 271, buy I am a bit puzzled about the exact width of the product. The web page states that the width is 440 mm, but this does obviously not include the 19" rack ears. This would bring the actual width to 19 x 2.54 = 482.6 mm, which would be to much for my cabinet width of 480.0 mm.
My questions for 271 owners are therefore:
1. Is the total product width really 19" / 482.6 mm?
2. Can the 19" rack ears and/or the front panel be removed so that it will actually be 440 mm wide and fit in my 480.0 mm wide cabinet?
3. Or am I missing something about the confusing width specifications of the 271?

The front rack mount panel is 482mm.
The unit itself is 440mm.
Main: Marantz Cinema 50, Meridian 271, DSP7200.2, DSP5200HC, DSP5000 rears, Meridian 210.
