I'm having some trouble with my Prime Power unit. Does anyone know how to open one?

It has a magnetic release catch. Probably in the top centre

Thanks very much. Using your tip, I was able to remove the center plate, and the two machine screws underneath it.
Unfortunately, the top of the unit still seemed to be held in place very firmly. Other than the two machine screws under the small center plate, are you aware of anything else that has to be done to release the top plate?

It may be similar to the MC200 where the top slides off in one direction or another once the screws have been removed. .

After removing the two screws under the label, you’ll need to gently lever the top off.
It’s held with four circular pads of double sided tape.
Best way is to use a plastic tool as a lever between the top plate and sides of the unit.
Let me know if you run into problems.

Following TA's guidance, I was able to pry off the cover, remove the underplot, and there, bingo, was a transformer larger than the Prime Power's case (very Tardis like).
I absolutely wouldn't have gotten this without your help.
