I have just seen on your profile you have the 6Ks. It also says AC12.
Are you using the AC12 between the 218 and 6Ks.
Maybe that would be the solution for me.

Can you post a screenshot of the 218's config? You absolutely shouldn't have to disable MHR. Almost suggests an issue with your 6ks.

Yes, I have the AC12 between 218 and the 6k’s. SpeakerLink from 218 too AC12 and original digital cable with comms from AC12 to master speaker.

Are you sure the 6k’s are 96 / 24? If they are not you should turn off MHR.
