Exactly the point. These are not cheap products.

I and several others have described the issue explicitly and it is wholly repeatable so I am disappointed they have not acknowledged the issue and perhaps given advice on configuration and settings or that they see the issue and it will take a while to create a fix / solution. I can understand it may be non trivial to fix but they should at least acknowledge the issue exists.
