There’s an issue here whether the DSW can inherently handle those bass frequencies/levels or not - DSP speakers are supposed to be inherently safe from such destructive behaviour. This implies that their limits were not correctly profiled in to the DSP limiter, or some-such. Definitely needs a fix, surprised it’s not been more rapid and the response more apologetic - these are not cheap products.
