+1 for Brian Bromberg albums. Thanks for your recommendation I have not listened to BASSically speaking and did not find it on Tidal. I will try to hunt this down to add to the 15 in library.

The xx has good band with solid bass thru out. Anything Depeche mode, Red Hot Chili Peppers if you like rock.

Even with the volume set low at 25 for background music, with DSW.2 set to ‘music’ via Meridian 218, and Hans Zimmer selected via Roon/Tidal, the Sub-Bass (not just the Bass) on many of his compositions really makes its presence felt.
