Tom, I can't disagree with most of what you put.

The comment about the tax breaks and the energy cap, was just after he refused a cap of 26p/kw offered for 2 years by the energy companies. That was a huge mistake and was only briefly discussed at the time and now extremely hard to find info on. Many were asking why he turned that offer down, it was very strange.

There was a few people leaking arguments, scheming etc. from Number 10 over what Boris was and was not prepared to do, and it was said by many who seem to be in the know, as everything they have said has come to fruition, back in December that word was Boris was going to be ousted and Sunak would be replacing him no matter what. That Boris was no longer towing the line.

Now, as far as I can see Boris is cut from the same cloth as his father, and I think he is very much in the mindset of a stakeholder run future is where we should end up. But, if he did kcik back against throwing the UK into further lockdowns, going against our farmers etc. then it did make me change my view on him slightly, almost the best of a bad bunch.

Chris, I think you have hit the nail on the head there. Right now I feel like democracy has gone, we don't even seem to be pretending it exists any more. I'm feeling more and more powerless.

Tom, don't get me wrong, I'm comfortable too, life for me is not too shabby, but I want it to stay that way, and I don't think the direction we are moving is going to be any thing other than incredibly restrictive.

Looking back I sound like a loony, to be honest, when I started following certain people in finance and politics who were discussing all this a few years back, I thought they were all loonies too, so I understand anyone thinking the same of me btw. Hence why I was reluctant to post bits on here.
Most hours of the day I am simply working, looking at new toys and cars to buy and enjoying life. On here I sound like a political extremist, I promise you I'm not. Just someone who runs a business and employs people, so when decisions these lot make start to really affect me and my customers I start to shout a bit.

No Darling, I've had it months!
