I think another election would see the UK plunged into economic darkness that could take us a quarter of a century to recover from. The markets are rattled at how the 6th largest economy in the world can have got things so wrong.

The problem is, the reaction to Covid, the inflation caused by the US, going along with the green agenda and as part of the G7 backing the fight to peg Russia and the BRICS nations down, is costing us big time.

To think what Truss has done has caused all this is giving her too much credit, the reality is they have decided to start kicking off the consequences of all that now, rather than kick the can down the road which could leave us all in a far worse position.
I don't necessarily think that is the right thing to do, but it has rattled a few cages and because it is going against the agreed path I think we will pay for it, well we are paying for it.

I love my country, I love the States, I actually love people and places everywhere, what I don't like is our corrupt governments who lie to us all for financial gain and power. So when I talk about the UK and America, I am talking about those in power, not the people.
