I would guess 99% of the planet.

I have always been of the thought "Nothing we can do, so ignore it."
But too much is now affecting things and affecting those that can't afford to be affected either. Plus if you follow it all, then they are not trying to hide it anymore either.
So I have gone from "nah, won't happen!" to "Hmm, I reckon we have got very little time left."
It is not really an apocalyptic view, and if it does happen I'm not sure if it would make all that much difference to most. But people do need to go and see what is happening in China with their roll out of the CBDC and social credit system, as those that were cheering it on a year ago are changing their minds very quickly.
Friends of ours who have been out there for 9 years laughed at me when I said about this last year. They have moved back to the UK this month. Said already it is a nightmare.
Look at what is happening to farmland, banning of nitrogens in agriculture. First Sri Lanka, next up Netherlands, next is Canada and then France.
They said they were doing it, they are doing it and revolutions are starting.
Ignorance is bliss, but when it comes to you that changes things, and too much is getting too close to home now.
