You will be buying off a dealer not Meridian. If you demo those products, I think you will be blown away compared to what you have. So I would suggest you stick with a dealer who spends time on the forums and you will be ok.

Grievances around Meridian, I would say are more to do with killing off Sooloos, killing off the 808.6. If you are not caught up in this then I wouldnt get bogged down with it.

The 818 and SE speakers stunning products. Just dont expect them to be updated on a yearly basis.
