While everything seems to be resolved, I just wanted to add my 2p worth on behalf of Steve Helliker.

I also bought a MSR+ remote control from MusicMan _ it was delivered within a few days and I was very pleased to deal with Steve again.

I bought my 568.2mm from Steve back in early 2011.
