I used to follow the original Google sheet of MQA releases, but it soon became corrupted, whether by multiple users, who knows. So I had rather given up on that process. It was also hard to get to the latest entries without altering the document live.

So I continue, and perhaps unhelpfully resort to just adding them here.

Speaking of which, the excellent first Karl Richter "St Matthew Passion" is in MQA.

Wonder whether we should send mails to MQA to let them know? Or Tidal? Or Charles Hansen....

I messaged MQA on Facebook to tell them there are serious issues with the album. They acknowledged with appreciation but lets see what happens.

7288 albums! Incredible progress.

Thanks Nick, a really comprehensive, excellent list, and what is better is that the Artist listed is the best search term for Tidal.

Look forward to updates as there is great stuff coming.

Time to let go of physical media, I think.

It isn't my list (so I won't take credit) but I am sure the author appreciates the feedback.

Time for MQA to start releasing these as files to buy, certainly! There are issues with being at the whim of a streaming service and it has problems for mobile use. It is great progress though!

It would be interesting to know how much of the difference in the number of Titles between this file and the Lumin version is due to Lumin removing duplicates.

This one is a bit harder to read in this format. Even so every little bit helps.

Open it in XL and sort it anyway you want.

Details have been shared with the Lumin team. Their search is a little different. The delta is about 3100 and is probably due to the HH list being several country codes and Lumin perhaps being UK Tidal only. There will be some duplicates but only a tiny fraction of the difference.

If you are interested you can compare the two files via the URL column for a match and see what the actual difference is. Sorry if that is eggs for granny.

The Wilbury's Vol#3 is worth a spin for a Tom Petty moment. Short album but enjoyable.

Being picky I know, but not being picky leads IMO to mediocrity...

I'm concerned at the appearance of 96k MQA versions of jazz classics like Cannonball's "Somethin' Else", because it *probably* means that they've not gone back to the original master tape.

The 96k could be a remaster or it could be a clean digitization of the analogue (and that they simply didn't use 192k). I'll have a listen anyway as I'm sure it will sound pretty good! But these questions are important to me.

Might be a typo Joel but I think that one is actually 192k....worth checking when you play it

PS....sounds lovely!!
