Happy to bring to your attention the work of Jim Laurderdale, iconic artist. A great cross genre singer songwriter encompassing Blue Grass, Country, Soul, R&B, Blues and the current Americana trend. Now listening to album "London Southern" Track "Different Kind Of Groove Some Time" (says it all) is superb, but the whole album is enlightening. Live at The Stables Milton Keynes Wednesday 26 July. Be there, I will. Hector

Where is the "like" button when you need it. He hosts a radio show with Buddy Miller on "Sirius XM".

Thank you Mtns for creating the "Like Button" here. Much appreciated.
A wealth of recorded Jim Lauderdale material to enjoy on Tidal including coops with artists such as the legendary Mac Wiseman and Ralph Stanley to name but two.
The Buddy Miller and Jim Lauderdale album is also excellent.

+1 for Fleurie. Beautiful voice, excellent production (if a touch toppy at times), great DR also.

This is more of a 'Have you seen?' notice than anything else, even though I do like Sibelius. Colin Davis' last Sibelius symphony cycle at the Barbican has been re-released in a 6 disc box. Five of the discs are 5.1 hybrid SACD's, and the sixth is a blu-ray containing the aforementioned SACD's plus stereo DSD, 24 bit 96 kHz FLAC, 16 bit 44 kHz WAV and 320kbps MP3. All for about £25!
