My Nespresso Citiz is manufactured by Magimix, however the support from Nespresso has been superb.
Milk frother failed after 6 months, a replacement was delivered AM the next day and the faulty item collected by separate courier later.

Wow, really feeling like I took the too easy route with my LAVAZZA MAGIA PLUS having read this thread. Some seriously impressive kit.
The coffee is pretty good from the Lavazza as a one button option, I certainly prefer it to some of the other options at the same price point. However the descaling process is a pain and you are tied into the Lavazza capsule ecosystem, albeit lots of choice - current favourite is Dolce.

VK, could you emulate the Nespresso pod "Envivo Lungo" with a hint of ginger.
Alternatively a decent Viennese with fig seasoning, my favourite.

Just bagged myself a £500 price-match discount on retail from JL for a new Miele countertop Coffee machine.
It's comparable to the price of a replacement Jura A9, and not much more than the price of a used 'B Grade' Miele (but with full warranty).

For the price, it was a tough choice: a Meridian MC200 or Miele CM6310.

I note that the Right channel is clearly identified but not the Left and the outputs are at different levels.
Looks a bit like D'Agostini design.
