Purchased a pair of M100's from Altus (Kevin), upon arrival we were welcomed and offered coffee, the speakers were all set up in the room and sounded fantastic, Kevin then offered to connect them to the MS600 I had brought with me, nothing was too much trouble, Kevin even demoed his Devialet which sounded very very nice and has a remote to die for, (MSR+ )
My thanks to Kevin and also to Hector who did the driving and provided the transport, I would like to say that despite everyone's doubts the 4 boxes the M100's come in all fitted into an Mini (2004) and made the journey home intact.
As an ex Mini driver, I have often think of this old rag week 'joke' - shame I can never remember the punchline.
What is more difficult, to get a pregnant elephant in the back of a mini, or to get an elephant pregnent in the back of a mini?

Nearly 30 years later, it might even still make it into the odd rag mag, but with chav instead of elephant and some modern alternative for the now behemoth Mini.

It was a great weekend, M100's (amazing) for Russ from Altus back to mine, then Krista Detor at Manor Farm. Suzuki S4 Cross handled the Meridian and 2 occupants load even with "Golden Ears" dog guard in.
