We've got a built in Siemens coffee machine. I managed to break it and then not report it for about 9 months! Was fixed within a week for £90 - much to the family's disgust (with my inaction!) It's been pretty reliable and the fault was self inflicted, but there is a fair amount of owner servicing required. I think it is a badged Bosch.
