You are welcome, very disappointing after an update though.

Cheers

Does this happen with playing channels?

Is this what you are asking?

I was referring to streaming radio, which is not "local" playback.

I rebooted the main offending laptop (connected via power-over-ethernet) and fired up another (connected wirelessly).

Both were set to play Radio 4.

Both have now been streaming for over 19 minutes (timed using the counter at the top of Control:PC) without interrupt.

So, no, it does not appear to manifest playing channels.

Do you have a hypothesis?

I was playing albums. The first dropout was after a song of 8. Now it is after 3 or 4 songs.

Rodders, ThePioneer,

just to clarify: are you using Control:PC as an end-point or a speciifc Meridian hardware component?

FYI I am playing my second full album now on an MS200 with no problems at all.

BT broadband, switch MC200, TwinStore, MS200.

I was just writing my suggestions with my network setup because no dropouts so far, but just before I could finish my post I had also one.
On 12th track (from 13) after more or less 40 minutes playback.

Is it possible to check this on the Log on the debug site?

Here my network setup:

Web --> Motorola Cable Modem --> Zyxel Router&Firewall (own DNS Server and IP Range)--> Cisco Switch --> Devices (with Meridian Devices)
All Meridian devices are hardwired with CAT6

My TV-Settop-Boxes are connected directly to the Motorola Cable modem so they don't interchange with my LAN. I've done really good experience with this setup.

I have a MD600 and a MS200. It all worked without any problems before I did the update.
